OTTAWA - The Canadian Mental Health Association’s Mental Health Week takes place at the beginning of May from May 2 to 8, 2022.
This year’s theme is #Empathy and Ottawa Public Library (OPL) is providing programming and resources that shows #Empathy towards having open conversations about mental health- “this is empathy.”
OPL is offering programming for teens, adults and older adults on topics such as mindfulness, stress, and meditation. Customers will have the opportunity to ask questions, interact with presenters, and meet other library community members. We have endured a lot in the last two years, here’s the chance to come together to support one another and move forward stronger, together.
