Ottawa - The Chair of the Ottawa Public Library Board, in consultation with the CEO, has called a special meeting of the Ottawa Public Library Board for Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 3:30pm in accordance with Section 16(1)(a)(b) of the OPL Board Rules of Procedure By-law.
The public meeting will consist of a workshop to review the findings from the 2020 Board Performance Evaluation Survey. Documentation pertaining to the Ottawa Public Library Board workshop can be accessed via the following eAgenda link:

Public Participation - Persons wishing to provide comments are strongly encouraged to submit in writing, by email to the Board email address at Board@BiblioOttawaLibrary.ca. If you wish to address the Board, the regular process still applies, but please ensure the Request to speak form is submitted before 12 noon on Thursday, October 28, 2021. If you have a visual presentation to share, note that staff will share the presentation from their screen as you speak and forward it to the Board members.
Media Participation - Members of the media are invited to contact media@biblioottawalibrary.ca to identify interest in speaking with appropriate spokespersons following OPL Board meeting. Interviews will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis.
