Request to speak at an OPL Board meeting

Electronic delegations: Delegates who wish to attend electronically (by Zoom or phone) must submit their request by 1:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. If a delegate wishes to attend electronically but does not have access to required technology, they may book an OPL small meeting room in advance to make their delegation. Please contact Board@BiblioOttawaLibrary.ca at least two (2) business days in advance of the meeting for more information regarding this option.

In-person delegations: Delegates who wish to attend in person may submit their form any time before the start of the meeting; any visuals or presentations must be shared with staff by email ( Board@BiblioOttawaLibrary.ca) by 1:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Delegations attending in person will speak before any electronic delegations. 

Multiple delegations on a single agenda item: If there are multiple delegations for an item, in-person delegations will speak first, in order of their request, followed by electronic delegations, in order of their request.
