OPL’s Main branch closed November 4 to 5 for maintenance

OTTAWA – Due to maintenance to the water line, the Main branch of Ottawa Public Library (120 Metcalfe) will be closed from Saturday, November 4 to Sunday, November 5 inclusively.   

The branch will reopen Monday, November 6 at 10 am.    

• There will be no holds pickup during this time.  

• Returns will be available using the external book drop. 

The closest alternative OPL locations available for library services are:    

• Rideau (377 Rideau) 

• Sunnyside (1049 Bank)   

• Rosemount (18 Rosemount)   

 
Although the branch will be closed during this time, online services are always available at https://biblioottawalibrary.ca/en.
