Local authors are welcome to submit an application to have their work included at the branch of their choice, or in the eBook collection. Local authors are City of Ottawa residents. Eligible donated books for possible inclusion in the Ottawa Public Library’s collection have been published in the last 2 years.

The Ottawa Public Library (OPL) is subject to the privacy requirements under the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
