Poetry Workshop with Sneha Madhavan-Reese

Join local author Sneha Madhavan-Reese for “Using Science in Poems.”

How can the use of scientific language elevate a poem? How can science be used as a handhold to bring a reader someplace new and unexpected? How can scientific facts in a poem add layers of meaning?

We will read and discuss published poems, have time for writing and sharing (if desired), and workshop a poem by each participant.

Please bring writing materials and a poem of your own (on any subject) for feedback from the group.
