Ottawa Public Library (OPL) will provide accommodations for customers with disabilities.

To request communication supports for Library programs and events, complete section B. For example: Sign language interpreter

To request accessible formats of public Library documents, complete section C. For example: braille version of Library Board agenda

Part A Note: At least three weeks notice is preferred for accommodation requests. To cancel services such as sign language interpreters and intervenors, customers must give at least two business days’ notice so that no fee is charged to OPL.
