Adam has a Bachelor's degree in Administration from the University of Ottawa, a Masters Certificate in Project Management, and his Project Management Professionals designation. Adam's previous community involvement was as President and Board Chair of the Shepherds of Good Hope, a founding Board Member of the Shepherds Foundation, and a youth soccer coach.
