For June, we'll be having a BYOB party... Bring Your Own Book Party, that is! Whether it be an old favourite, or something new and amazing that recently crossed your path, we want to see what you recommend everyone should read and hear why you loved it. Join us at Rockcliffe Park for a new program and unique opportunity to experience George Orwell's classic book "Animal Farm".
In a group setting moderated by playwright and teacher Maeve Damico, participants will select one of 16 characters from Animal Farm. Together the group will read their lines to experience the story in a new way. The script will be sent in advance after registration.
This is not about acting or public speaking. In fact, no experience or rehearsals are necessary. It is a 2 hour event, including a break.
