Please note the following guidelines:

  • Requests will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis;
  • We make every effort to accommodate requests received three weeks or more in advance. Requests received after this time will be considered but may not be possible to fulfill; and
  • OPL’s attendance at special events will be considered in the context of existing costs and operational requirements. If a request involves the bookmobiles or mini bookmobile, we may not be able to attend if we are already on the road. Please consult the bookmobile schedule

Thank you for considering the Library. We receive many suggestions for outreach at special events and are not able to respond to each submission. If we choose to proceed with your event, we will be in touch within three working days.
